Winter and Summer Conferences

Held in conjunction with the American Correctional Association conference, these 4-day events include all ASCA members.  Meeting formats include general sessions, issue forums, committee meetings, and executive sessions. Sponsorship opportunities include: Conference App, Registration, *Meals (Breakfast & Lunch), Refreshments, Evening Receptions, General Sessions, and other exciting ways to promote and brand your company.  
The Winter and Summer (National) Conferences are not "General Sponsorship" events.  Social events are sponsored in accordance to the partnership level (Gold, Silver, Bronze) of our Corporate Partners and each are offered designated sponsorships for the conference (Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Receptions).  Partners are only allowed to attend their "designated" or "assigned" sponsorship events throughout the conference.


ALL Directors Symposium 

This 3-day standalone event includes all ASCA members. Traditionally a less formal setting, this venue provides a great opportunity to interact with ASCA members. Meeting formats include general sessions, issue forums, leadership development activities, and executive sessions. Sponsorship opportunities include: Conference App, Registration, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), Refreshments, Evening Receptions, General Sessions to include leadership development activities, and other exciting ways to promote and brand your company. Exclusive to Gold and Silver Partners. Gold Partners are limited to "General Sponsorships" which include participation for three (3) company representatives while Silver Partners are limited to  "General Sponsorships" which include participation for two (2) company representatives.

Regional Meetings (Northeast, Southern, Midwest, and Western)

Held annually in each region, the Regional Meetings provide a unique setting for ASCA members to build camaraderie, leadership development, and discuss corrections issues of national and regional significance. Sponsorship opportunities are exclusive to Gold, Silver and Bronze Partners.  Gold Partners are limited to “General Sponsorships” which include participation for two (2) company representatives. Silver Partners are limited to “General Sponsorships” which include participation for one (1) company representative.  *Bronze Partners are limited to "General Sponsorships" which include participation for one (1) company representative. 


ASCA on the Hill

Advancing the field of corrections through practice and policy is a priority for ASCA. This new event will target a Washington, D.C. fly-in for all ASCA members. The mixed format for this 3-day event will provide opportunities for ASCA members to hear from key policy makers in the Administration and Congress, participate in issue forums, and include blocks of time for jurisdictions to meet with their respective congressional delegations. Sponsorship opportunities include: Conference App, Registration, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), Refreshments, Evening Receptions, General Sessions to include leadership development activities, and other exciting ways to promote and brand your company. Exclusive to Gold Partners & Silver Partners only.


New Directors Training

ASCA is committed to providing new members with the skills and shared experiences to be successful in their new post. Held once or twice per year, this training is provided for the benefit of those newly appointed to their positions atop an ASCA jurisdiction.  Sponsorship of these events is exclusive to Gold Level Partners.
ASCA’s Executive Committee includes the elected officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Past President) and the four Regional Chairs. Held annually, this meeting provides a forum for the Executive Committee to meet face to face to identify issues important to ASCA members and strategically plan for the association’s future. Sponsorship of this event is exclusive to Gold Level Partners and includes a “General” sponsorship allowing two (2) company representative to attend and participate in meals, social gatherings, and open portions of the meetings.


Executives Roundtable

Held in conjunction with the Annual Executive Committee Meeting and at other times throughout the year, these roundtables will allow ASCA’s Executive Committee to hear from Senior Executives and Leaders in the field of corrections. This event is exclusive to Senior Executives and Leaders exclusive to Gold Level Partners, and will include wide-ranging discussions about issues important to ASCA and our partners.
